WHAT METHODS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
Payment can be made by cash, certified check, all major credit cards. We also have low monthly payments with our (RTO) Rent-to-Own program. 100% bank financing available O.A.C
WHAT DO I NEED TO DO TO PREPARE MY SITE FOR SHED CONSTRUCTION?
Generally, you will not need to do much to prepare your site. We provide free leveling up to 6". There will be a nominal charge for yards more than 12" inches out of level. We do need at least 2 feet of clearance all the way around your shed. If you are not going to home when your shed is going to be constructed please place 4 stakes at the 4 corners where you want your shed and 5th stake where you would like the center of the door opening. We also need to have an electrical outlet available within 150ft of construction. If there is not an outlet we will need to bring a generator and there will be an additional charge for generator rental.
DO I NEED A BUILDING PERMIT?
Call your NM SHED representative or your local building department to find out your building is going to require a permit. Typically, smaller buildings do not require a permit. NM SHED can process permits for a one-time fee of 495.00
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO HAVE MY BUILDING INSTALLED?
Most buildings are usually installed within 1-business day. Garages within 1-week
HOW MUCH IS DELIVERY?
We offer free delivery within our 30 mile radius (ABQ) - 2.50 per mile after 30 miles
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I ORDER MY SHED ONLINE?
NM SHED will contact you within 1-3 business days to review your order and schedule your installation date. In most cases sheds are installed within 2-4 weeks / Garages 4-8 weeks
DO I NEED TO BE HOME WHEN MY SHED IS BEING BUILT?
No. It is generally not necessary for you to be home when the shed is constructed. We do ask that if you are not going to be home when the shed is constructed that you mark where you want the building placed and mark where you want the doors located. All of our schedule dates are tentative so we ask that you not take time off work. We strive very hard to meet all schedule dates but sometimes weather and site conditions prevent us from hitting this target.
CAN YOU BUILD A CUSTOM SHED?
Yes. We receive custom shed requests all the time. Call us with your ideas! If you can dream it, we can most likely build it!
